Pumping unit type ZP2006

The pumping unit type ZP2006 is used during pumping electron tubes and another vacuum devices. The ultimate pressre is 5*10-7 Torr. In this unit is installed rotary pump type 2002BB Alcatel and oil diffusion pump PDO100 UNITRA-UNIMA. The first version of unit ZP2006 is presented on this picture:

The second version is better: there is vacuummeter PJ2006 (in first was old vacuummeter PJ8) and control panel. It's possible to pumping 3 devices in one cycle. The pressure 10-5 Torr is obtained after 40 minutes.
